A little about me
I want you to feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.
Therapy does not require you to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. You only have to begin where you are.

Meet Carlea
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in real life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I have dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build the lives they want.
My approach is rooted in Person Centered and Solution Focused therapy. We work together to identify what is getting in the way, build insight, and develop practical tools that help you move forward. We may explore how your relationships, environments, and the systems around you have shaped your experiences. We will also focus on how you can advocate for yourself and take meaningful steps toward change.
“Healing is not only about processing emotions. It is also about accountability, boundaries, behavioral shifts, and learning how to function differently in real life.”
My approach
Warm enough to feel safe. Direct enough to help you grow.
My style is relational, culturally aware, and direct. I want clients to feel safe enough to be honest while also recognizing that meaningful change often asks us to do something differently.
I prioritize helping clients understand themselves while also taking action. Together, we look at the patterns, relationships, environments, and behaviors that may be affecting how you feel and how you function each day.
Your first session
You do not have to have it all together.
During our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space. I will take time to get to know you, understand what is bringing you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from it.
We will talk about your goals, what has been challenging, and what feeling better might look like for you. I will meet you where you are and move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, and more hopeful about your next steps.
Why “Collective”?
Because healing does not happen alone.
The “Collective” in The Inner Work Collective represents the individual, family, and community support that helps healing take root. We are shaped by the people, environments, and communities around us. Growth becomes more sustainable when we understand those connections and learn how to use them well.
The goal is not to become a different person in every room. It is to curate a version of yourself that can thrive in every space while remaining grounded in who you are.
Healing the inner you, by empowering your collective journey to wholeness.
